Deck Lite support

Desktop

Install your plugin separately, then open Deck Lite and choose its card. macOS supports Audio Units and VST3; Windows and Linux use VST3. Download access uses the separate website account; the installed app does not require account sign-in or activation.

iPhone and iPad

The mobile version is being prepared for release. It hosts installed AUv3 extensions. VST3 and AUv2 files are desktop formats and cannot be loaded on iPhone or iPad. Plugins shown in screenshots are separate products.

My plugin is missing

Check that its format matches your platform and that installation is complete. Restart Deck Lite after installing a desktop plugin. On iPhone or iPad, return to Deck Lite after installing an AUv3 app; the browser refreshes when Deck Lite becomes active.

I cannot hear audio

Check the output mute button and the audio device selected under the gear. The mobile version starts muted. Use headphones or a suitable monitored audio interface before enabling audio. If microphone access was denied, enable it for Deck Lite in the device's privacy settings. Check that the plugin itself is active and that your instrument reaches the selected input.

Background audio on iPhone and iPad

In iOS Settings, open Apps → Deck Lite and turn Background Audio on to keep playing while using another app. It is off by default: leaving Deck stops audio input and processing, and returning reopens the audio device.

The plugin interface is too small

Use the corner-arrows button to enlarge it. On phones, CONTROLS opens the host parameter view. A plugin's own interface and resizing behavior depend on its developer.

MIDI and game controllers

The ? button opens the keyboard, MIDI and gamepad guide. All platforms use a fixed channel-16 command map. Configure the controller to match the app. Lite does not include MIDI learn. Gamepads are enabled on Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad; Linux gamepads are not supported yet. Audio routes and connected MIDI sources follow iOS. Physical support can vary with the controller, adapter, operating system, and plugin.
