Fixed MIDI map — all platforms
Deck Lite uses one controller-independent map on MIDI channel 16. Configure the controller to send these messages; Deck Lite has no MIDI-learn or controller-selection menu. Connected system MIDI sources are opened automatically. Gamepad input is always enabled on Mac, Windows, iPhone and iPad. Linux gamepad support is not yet available.

For buttons send 127 when pressed and 0 when released. Values 64–127 count as pressed; repeated high values do not retrigger until released. The guide can be closed with Open, Back or Guide.
Parameter numbering follows the visible automatable parameter order. Opening a plugin resets the bank to 0. Out-of-range parameter slots do nothing. Absolute knobs are used; configure relative encoders to emit absolute values if supported.
Reserved channel-16 CCs are consumed by Deck Lite and do not also reach the hosted plugin. Notes, sustain (CC64), other unreserved CCs, and other channels continue to the plugin. Use channels 1–15 when you want unrestricted MIDI control inside an instrument.
The Launch Control 3 can use a user-mode template matching this map. Deck Lite does not negotiate a controller-specific DAW mode or LCD protocol. The same fixed map applies on every platform.
