SQUEEZE

Bring the quieter details into the light and hold the peaks in place. Turn it down to zero for vintage colour without compression.

02 / THE REACTION

RESPONSE

Change how CRUSH grabs the sound and lets go. Attack, recovery and compression character move together—this is more than an attack knob.

03 / THE LAST WORD

LEVEL

Set the final output, from −18 to +18 dB. Match the bypass level and hear what the compression is doing.

CRUSH pairs a measured vintage input stage with a stereo-linked compressor. Both channels follow one detector, keeping the stereo image together. The red jewel and bedside glow show the compression at work.

Run it as a standalone pedal or load the AUv3 in a compatible host. MIDI controls Squeeze, Response, Level and bypass.

Can I try it without an instrument?

Yes. Press PLAY DEMO and the included guitar recording runs through CRUSH in your browser. Turn the knobs, then use BYPASS to compare. Nothing starts playing until you press play.

Can I use my own audio?

Open “Use your own audio” below the pedal to load a file or choose an input. Files stay in your browser. For live input, connect headphones or an audio interface, then select LIVE. The browser asks for microphone access only when you choose live input.

Where will the app work?

The upcoming app is built for iPhone and iPad on iOS 15 or later, and Intel or Apple silicon Macs on macOS 11 or later. Use it standalone or as an AUv3 effect in a compatible host, such as GarageBand, Logic Pro or AUM where available. The browser demo is playable now; the App Store release is coming soon.

What about MIDI?

The native app supports CC20 or CC11 for Squeeze, CC22 for Response, CC23 for Level and CC21 for effect on/off. The browser demo uses the on-screen controls.
